  1. We offer a 14-days exchange and refund policy for defective items and unsatisfactory purchase.
  2. Replacement item (s) or reimbursement (s) will be settled within 14 days from the day the customers received the original item(s).
  3. Return shipping costs are refundable only for successful exchange cases, i.e. for refund or non-valid exchange cases, customers should be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  4. The return guidelines are as follows:-
    1. The item (s) must be returned in new condition and with all original manufacturer's packaging, including cartons, boxes, instruction manuals, blank warranty cards.
    2. All return item (s) must be boxed and packed securely for shipping. We are not responsible and do not accept any damages during the return delivery.
